Its something that has been in the media attention for well over a year now. Whether we like it or not, mental health has become a problem worldwide. Its only recently that people have started to talk about there mental problems, but that is the problem, not everyone wants to talk about there mental issues.
If you see someone is down at work, or even outside, maybe a friend or a family member then its okay to ask if they are okay, and sometimes you have to ask twice. Together we can make a difference, and doing something so little like asking are you okay, can have a massive change on someone.
